Minor Forms

must be signed by parents or guardians before the minor is allowed to participate in the event

THE MINOR FORMS MUST BE IN TWO COLOR

We have them if you need one mailed or at an event.

• Minors are considered anyone from 12 to 17 that wishes to participate in the event
• There is a Minor Release Form that must be signed by BOTH parents
• Minors will fill out the weekend members same as the regular weekend members
